I honestly cannot praise TopCar Rez and the whole team enough. From start to finish, this was an absolutely outstanding experience.
I’m from the UK and have only recently moved to Australia, so I was completely unfamiliar with the process of buying a car here, including things like insurance, CRN and all the other paperwork involved. What could have been a very stressful and confusing process was made incredibly easy thanks to the patience, kindness and professionalism of everyone at TopCar Rez.
Every member of staff I dealt with was incredibly helpful, patient and accommodating. They genuinely went above and beyond to support me, and at no point did I feel rushed, pressured or like I was asking too many questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what I was doing.
A special mention has to go to Sam, who was absolutely fantastic. He personally helped me through the process of arranging my insurance, which, being completely unfamiliar with the Australian system, I honestly don’t think I would have managed myself. Sam was incredibly attentive, patient and accommodating throughout and went well beyond what I would have expected from a car dealership.
The level of customer service I received was genuinely exceptional. It’s rare to come across a business where the staff seem to genuinely care about helping you rather than simply making a sale, but that was exactly my experience with TopCar Rez.
If you’re looking for a car, I couldn’t recommend TopCar Rez highly enough. Especially if you’re new to Australia and unfamiliar with the process, these are exactly the kind of people you want helping you.
