To say that we had the most amazing car buying experience ever, would be an understatement. Sam and his family are the kindest folks you will meet. They are honest, patient, and so genuine it feels like a breath of fresh air in today's day and age. Just bought my second ever car today. I came in to look at one car and it didn't feel right and we saw the other car that they had in their yard, and I knew it would be the one. The fan belt had been making a slight sound when I took it for a test drive and the guys there fixed it up. Replaced the fan belt and was incredibly lovely the entire experience! I've bought a lot of cars in my lifetime. Everything from luxury to economical, I've done the song and dance at the dealership. Sam at Topcar Rez delivered the first dealership experience for me where I felt completely and totally supported with zero fear of being ripped off. After my purchase, Sam made sure to check in multiple times to ensure I was completely satisfied with my Hiace. I never waited more than five minutes for a response when I reached out. Sam is completely dedicated to his craft. Now my favorite part. This Hiace is CLEAN. I don't know where Sam finds these gems, but this van looked like it stepped out of a time machine from 2017. With my driving habits, this thing is probably going to live longer than me. I took it to a mechanic for an inspection and they were obsessed with it and shocked with how pristine it was.
